PASSIO 08:14
PASSIO With hands to symbolize And words to emphasize Mistaken by surprise – again The folly of the days A search for means and ways The endless passion plays – the truth A wish for remedy The youthful energy When only fantasy – remain A humble overture With nothing set for sure Alas - be faith the only cure And with the morning dew A tiny spark renew If only just for you – to be A quiet emptiness Regarding more as less A solemn happiness – again? Released from history Talk to me – will you walk with me? No voice of sophistry Walk with me

COME TO ME 05:17
COME TO ME Come to me – O, come to me, sweet daughter of the vine Let me tell you stories of a journey true and fine Let me sing you lullabies with dreams of near and far Come to me – O, come to me, little distant star Dance for me – O, dance for me Sing to me – O, sing to me, dear brother of the vine I can feel your struggle from a journey of decline Save me from your fairytales, but render up your heart Sing for me – O, sing for me, make a regal start Run to me – O, run to me, else we shall depart Dance with me – O, dance with me, dear lady of the vine Let me feel your presence and let our souls entwine Let me hear your rhapsody of happiness and grief Dance with me – O, dance with me, make my tarry brief Come to me – O, come to me, swiftly as a thief Since I lost you, I´ve been missing you Since I left you, I´ve been missing you All though I forgot you – I´m still missing you, missing you Stay with me – O, stay with me, dear mother of the vine Let me feel the wisdom of your journey true and fine Let me sleep inside your dreams of tenderness and care Lay with me – O, lay with me, and teach me how to bear Stay with me – O, stay with me, here and everywhere

EVENSONG 04:58
EVENSONG Dust to dust Beyond belief There’s nothing else Dearest sleep Come be my friend Bestow my heart The cleansing of your splendid colors This sweet embrace A gift of grace For they call from the woods To bring you tears Bring you pearls of hope From the woods To bring you new Bring you home A cold recoil This grinding toil This tainted soil But then they call from the woods To bring you tears To bring you life and love For your heart For your stride To bring you home

OPAL TEARS 03:47
OPAL TEARS Blending into grey Feeling quite astray In this fair with its merry-go-round An omnipresent cry A luminescent why In the instinct of a hurting soul Some happy day In the drift through this humdrum We’ll smell the flowers on the way Child, don’t cry We are holding up the sky Heart and mind for the happy few? Effortlessly free Happy just to be In a moment of everlasting joy What an awful shame They’re calling out your name To be witness is tearing me apart Child, don’t cry We are holding up the sky Heart and mind for the happy few? They’re running through the years Those quiet opal tears With the kindlings of a broken truth To light a plan for the merriment of man Child, don’t cry We are holding up the sky Heart and mind for the happy few? It’s running through the years This opal trail of tears Leaving embers of a golden dream So, child, don’t cry – you have everything To light a plan for the merriment of man

LARGO 08:14
LARGO Will you spend all your time counting lies? I could show you the world - or even more Remember all the why´s We could play in the wild - in symphony We could offer the bright life a place - a jocund company There´s nothing above - and nothing below But the beauty and the flow - that blinds the idle eye And I could dwell in your charm Be safe from harm, secure in your arms Will you waste all your time chasing ghosts? And be a ghost yourself? We could swim in the now Be caught in the how - of everything And not be fooled by shadows all around Or we could give up our dreams And die - for a lie A stupendous triumph for the gargoyles of the past There´s nothing within - and nothing without But the lost and the found - the song and it´s sound And I could dwell in your charm Be safe from harm, secure in your arms

WELCOME TO OUR TRIBE Welcome to our tribe – nothing left to hide Welcome to this place we call our home Gather round this fire – an electric choir Welcome to the stories no one told Welcome to this space – an embryonic grace Welcome to a new and other world Drums are beating higher in this magnetic fire Welcome to the battle and the blow To the water, the sun and the flowers and the breeze The whispering life between all the trees Where the unseen call through the quiet night And the lamb and the lion lie next to thee Can you hear the mountain call? Can you feel yourself at all? We know you´ve been waiting so long for this release We know you´ve been going through so much pain It´s been a long, long journey – somehow To the water, the sun and the flowers and the breeze Where the unseen call through the quiet night And the lamb and the lion - lie next to thee Welcome to our tribe Welcome to this space

THE WALTZ 06:44
THE WALTZ Grant me the will to succeed Give me the strength to obtain Light in my heart as I bleed Rescue my words from constrain Give me the time of my life Call me the love of your heart I treasure the blade of your knife Leaves only truth to impart I´m holding on Lend me your ears as I call Out to the void in despair Nothing is left to appall Stripped from the wear and the tear Wait for me, heavenly son I savor the thrust of your spear Carry me home when I'm done Light, as you travel from here I´m holding on – holding on I bring you my scars and my mourn I bring you my tears of dismay Hence, to endure I was born Why did you lead me astray? What can I ask beyond this? I smile as I fathom your way And breathe in the absence of bliss Now, as the brass starts to play I´m holding on – holding on I´m letting go

about

“Ann Elisha Westergaard Hansen, songwriter, singer and guitarist, and Ole Tin Westergaard Hansen, songwriter, producer, trumpet-player and multi- instrumentalist – have made a masterpiece of an album here in the beginning of 2021.
Melodic power and lyrics that touches you right away. A production with so many details and layers that alone for that reason should be mandatory for music lovers. It has a sublime wood-like - and at the same time floating - aesthetic, and is also just basically catchy. Yet, it is not an easily digestible diet suited for dishwashing. It calls for re-listening and immersion. And it makes invitation to go to a place that I think many of us longs for. A place where - in the same breath – one can find stillness and yet stretch the neck to see and understand more of the world and oneself. The album rotates in my home around the clock at the moment.” - Kenneth Agerholm (New Jungle Orchestra)
